Love is the most beautiful gift of the human condition, and the loss of it is the most tragic of tragedies. This is because love provides a source of life, research has proven this! Love relationships are an important part of our lives, and deserve to be well taken care of. What makes relationships difficult is finding the balance between the need to be independent and dependent on others. In couple's therapy, you will learn ways to communicate and attune to each other, build trust, and rekindle your desire and intimacy. You will also effectively learn to find the balance of making the relationship your safe haven for comfort and security, and be able to confidently live independently without fear.

Something powerful happens in a community of individuals sharing the same challenges. A newfound path gives way for a previously unspoken dialogue to take place that allows those hurt to become healers for each other. From different journeys and worldviews then emerge connections of nurturance and growth. My approach with the group therapy is to highlight each individual's undetected strengths and areas of growth in an environment of no judgment, respect, and support of the community created and the healing process. 

We are currently taking individuals to join our Adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy Support Group that meets weekly.
